Offering an array of on-site services including podiatry, psychiatry, psychology, and laboratory services, supplemented by nearby access to physical therapy and imaging services, the center ensures comprehensive care for its patients. Beyond these provisions, patients benefit from seamless access to a multitude of UCSF specialists and healthcare professionals. Their scope of care encompasses primary care services tailored to different age brackets, ranging from adults aged 65 or older residing in San Francisco to those diagnosed with dementia or requiring assistance with basic daily activities. Additionally, the center offers consultative visits to support ongoing care for older adults under the primary care of UCSF providers.
