The Point, Rhode Islands Aging and Disability Resource Center is a statewide resource that provides information and assistance to seniors, adults with disabilities, and their caregiver. Home and community-based care, Resources for caregivers and their families, Assistance with planning for Memory and Cognitive Care, Access to public assistance programs such as Medicare and Medicaid, SNAP, Heating and Utility Assistance , Information regarding other valuable resources in the community based on individual needs and preferences.
