The Community Family (TCF) operates as a non-profit organization offering adult day health services through its well-appointed centers in Everett, Medford, and Wakefield, MA. Their core mission revolves around providing top-notch adult day health care aimed at enabling adults to remain in their homes for as long as possible. TCF’s approach is deeply rooted in honoring the dignity, self-worth, and vitality of each individual they serve.

For over 40 years, TCF has been instrumental in ensuring the safety, health, and community integration of countless elders, adults with disabilities, and individuals with memory loss. Their comprehensive services encompass adult day health care, adult day memory care, senior day care, therapeutic activities, nutritional support, and social services. Currently, TCF caters to over 140 individuals daily across its three centers. Embracing diversity, TCF serves a wide array of participants representing various ethnic and cultural backgrounds reflective of the communities they serve.
