Springwood court is an intimate community of 85 apartments made up of different studio floor plans and one bedroom apartments. They have tenured staff and an LNS license so they have care staff in the community 24/7. It is a smaller and so easier for the residents to navigate as they age in place. The long term care medical aid program can also assist residents if they are starting to experience spend down.
