The Division of Long-Term Services and Supports at the South Dakota Department of Human Services is committed to enhancing the well-being of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their caregivers. The division provides a variety of home and community-based services to promote independence and improve the quality of life for those who need assistance with daily living. Through programs such as home care services, safety and mobility support, caregiver assistance, and nutrition services, the division helps individuals remain in their homes and communities.
