Adult Protection Services (APS) provide support to at-risk adults who, due to age or disability, cannot protect themselves and lack someone to advocate for them. The APS program is designed to respond to reports of abuse, including physical or sexual abuse, neglect (whether caused by a caregiver or due to self-neglect), and financial exploitation.
