PALM GARDEN OF WINTER HAVEN

Welcome to Palm Garden of Winter Haven, where nursing and rehabilitation services have been provided to the community for the past two decades. Palm Garden boasts a dedicated team of experienced employees offering long-term care, short-term recovery, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy services. Additionally, the center serves as a clinical training venue for aspiring RNs, LPNs, and CNAs from local schools and colleges. The Medical Director, certified in Family Practice, delivers monthly presentations to residents and families. Furthermore, the Rehabilitation Medical Consultant is affiliated with Winter Haven Hospital, while other physicians practicing at the center are board-certified in Internal Medicine.
