Northwestern Legal Services (NWLS) is a non-profit law firm that provides free legal aid to eligible clients in Cameron, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Mercer, McKean, Potter, Venango, and Warren Counties in northwestern Pennsylvania.
