At the Institute for Mental Health (IMHI), inpatient psychiatric services cater to both adults and children/adolescents through a dedicated multi-disciplinary treatment team. This team comprises physicians, nurses, social workers, activities therapists, psychologists, and resident treatment workers, collectively orchestrating comprehensive care. Each patient is embraced with an individualized treatment plan meticulously crafted to highlight their strengths and assets, fostering active collaboration between patients and staff. Diverse treatment modalities, including medication management, psychotherapy, group counseling, and activities therapies, are seamlessly integrated to address the distinct needs of every individual. For younger patients, IMHI ensures educational continuity with its onsite school, accredited by the Department of Education and operated by IMHI. This school offers a spectrum of general and special education programs, ensuring that academic pursuits remain uninterrupted amidst the journey of treatment.
