LEGACY SENIOR LIVING

Legacy Senior Living is a retirement community that is located on the east side of Iowa City. They have two distinct communities located on their beautiful campus. This includes Independent Living & Assisted Living. All Legacy staff members take part in Hearthstone training that is renewed annually. This program is geared towards the knowledge of dementia and memory care training to help staff be aware, skilled, effective, and confident. At Legacy, they want everyone to be able to live the way they want, with trained support always nearby. They provide an environment that daily recognizes individuality, privacy, choice, and dignity.
