The services provided include Information and Assistance, Congregate Nutrition and Home Delivered Meals, Case Management, and the Family Caregiver Support Program. Additionally, the Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) offers comprehensive care coordination for older adults with multiple health needs.
The organization also subcontracts for various programs, such as the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program, Senior Community Service Employment Program, Adult Day Care, and Legal Assistance, ensuring that older adults and their families have access to essential services that support their well-being and independence.
