Community Legal Aid, Inc. (CLA) provides free civil legal services to low-income and elderly residents of central and western Massachusetts. CLA maintains full-service offices in Worcester, Fitchburg, Springfield, Northampton, and Pittsfield. Satellite offices are located in Holyoke, Milford, North Adams, and Southbridge. Additionally, they are able to serve persons 60 years old and older in the Massachusetts communities of Ashby, Ayer, Bellingham, Franklin, Groton, Medway, Pepperell, Shirley, and Townsend.
