Brookdale Dr. Phillips offers residents a person-centered approach to memory care. Here, each individual receives a personalized care plan to enhance their experience and quality of life. Brookdale offers two memory care programs which cater to those in the early, mid, and late stages of dementia. Although it was created more than 30 years ago, the Clare Bridge program continually evolves with new research. The program provides residents with six planned activities per day. These activities encourage residents to use their current skills, while preserving their abilities and true sense of self.

Additionally, residents benefit from other safety features, including an enclosed courtyard and an emergency alert system. The carefully designed apartments here promote familiarity and the comfort of home. Residents can choose between a private or semi-private apartment to best match their lifestyle. The quaint spaces ranging from 285 to 404 square feet provide storage space and plenty of natural light. This is a facility that provides supervision of the activities of daily living, medications, and other similar services to residents in a homelike environment. These facilities can house one resident to hundreds of residents.
