JAAA provides several direct and contracted services for the 60 plus populations to include ADRC, functional assessments, Allocates OAA funds and provides direct services including nutrition, information and assistance, case management, physical fitness, legal, transportation, in home services, caregiver support services, senior care act, for in home services and personal emergency response systems.
