COMMUNITY PRACTICE CENTER

Situated within the Paley Wolgin Building on the campus of Jefferson Einstein Hospital, the Community Practice Center serves as a vital hub for Primary Care services. Patients at the center receive regular medical check-ups, with appointments scheduled every 3-6 months to ensure ongoing monitoring of their health status.
