Situated within the Paley Wolgin Building on the campus of Jefferson Einstein Hospital, the Community Practice Center serves as a vital hub for Primary Care services. The Immunodeficiency Center has operated within the center, offering comprehensive medical care, mental health support, nutritional guidance, and social work services specifically tailored for adults living with HIV. Patients at the center receive regular medical check-ups, with appointments scheduled every 3-6 months to ensure ongoing monitoring of their health status. Additionally, individuals may receive more frequent visits if deemed necessary by their medical provider, underscoring the center’s commitment to providing personalized and attentive care to meet the unique needs of each patient. Through its integrated approach to healthcare delivery, the center remains dedicated to promoting the well-being and overall health of its diverse patient population.
